Ballantine Brewery Apartments Construction, Progress on Level 1!

The Ballantine is a new apartment complex coming to 80 Freeman Street. The development will be six stories with 280, 1-3 bedroom residential units, 125 basement parking spaces, 2,652 SF of retail space, a fitness center, and rooftop courtyard.
